Conviction cannot be hidden. If you are convicted, it
is evident. Your life will revolve around what you are strongly fixed in or on.
We can get convicted of things that are bad for us. We can get convicted that
certain sins are okay in moderation. We can get convicted that cultural
teachings are perfect practices. That does not make it right. If we are
convicted of the right things, then great things can be done. Let us be true to
our conviction that Christ is the savior. Let us be convicted that we are children
of God. Let us be convicted that we are soldiers for Christ. Let us be
convicted that in Christ the world and sin cannot overcome us. Let your firm
belief in God govern your actions.
“Then Zacchaeus stood and said to the Lord, “Look, Lord, I give half of my goods to the poor; and if I have taken anything from anyone by false accusation, I restore fourfold.” And Jesus said to him, “Today salvation has come to this house, because he also is a son of Abraham; for the Son of Man has come to seek and to save that which was lost.”” Luke 19:8-10
“Then Simon answered and said, “Pray to the Lord for me, that none of the things which you have spoken may come upon me.”” Acts 8:24
“At Joppa there was a certain disciple named Tabitha, which is translated Dorcas. This woman was full of good works and charitable deeds which she did.” Act 9:36
“Therefore those who were scattered went everywhere preaching the word.” Acts 8:4
