Do Not Be The Cause


You cannot not cause your spouse to commit adultery by not meeting needs. That is a sin as well. It is not a sin that can grant divorce. It is just a cruel and horrible way to treat this God given blessing. Enjoy your union in God. Be there for each other. If you need aid seek help, do not suffer needlessly. For in the end the marriage will suffer. Instead of being a blessing it will turn into a burden. All because of one person’s actions and attitude.

“Do not deprive one another except with consent for a time, that you may give yourselves to fasting and prayer; and come together again so that Satan does not tempt you because of your lack of self-control.” 1 Corinthians 7:5 NKJV

Circumstances To Rejoice In

What is a good time to rejoice? What circumstances should cause us to rejoice? Christianity is never without its opportunities to rejoice. We should rejoice when we are under persecution. (Matt. 5:11-12) We should rejoice with others who are full of joy. (Rm. 12:15) We should rejoice in our sufferings. (Col. 1:23-24) We need to rejoice in His salvation.
