Joyful

“Most people are as happy as they make up their minds to be.” (Unknown) Wake up joyful for life and the blessings you first see with your waking eyes. I know it’s hard. Life can really be a curve ball. You are in control of the amount of joy you feel, give, and perceive in life. Let us all make up our minds to be full of joy every day. (Isaiah 61:10)

Family Light

Make sure your light is always shining no matter what your family is doing. “You are the salt of the earth; but if the salt loses its flavor, how shall it be seasoned? It is then good for nothing but to be thrown out and trampled underfoot by men.   “You are the light of the world. A city that is set on a hill cannot be hidden. Nor do they light a lamp and put it under a basket, but on a lampstand, and it gives light to all who are in the house. Never Quit

Bear Bryant said it best “Never Quit. It is the easiest cop-out in the world. Set a goal and don’t quit until you attain it. When you do attain it, set another goal, and don’t quit until you reach it. Never Quit.” That is one powerful statement. Christ teaches us the same thing. Christ exemplified this thought all the way to the resurrection. We have to have five things set in order to never quit in Christ.  Here they are.      1. We must know in whom we have believed.
